Rouge Effect Studio – Terms & Conditions

By booking a session at Rouge Effect Studio, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to protect your experience, our space, and everyone’s creative flow.

1. Bookings & Payments

1.1 Full payment is required to secure your booking. Unpaid bookings will not be held.
1.2 Bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of your session time. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for rescheduling (subject to availability).
1.3 No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the session will forfeit all booking fees.

2. Session Duration & Overtime

2.1 Your booking includes only the time allocated in your confirmation (e.g., 2hr, 4hr, 8hr).
2.2 Set-up and pack-down time must be included within your booked window.
2.3 If you exceed your scheduled time, additional charges will apply at a rate of $100 per hour (billed in 30-minute increments), subject to studio availability.

3. Studio Use & Conduct

3.1 The Client agrees to use the studio respectfully and only for its intended creative purpose (e.g., photography, videography, content creation).
3.2 The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. Any damage, breakage, or excessive mess will incur cleaning or repair fees, to be charged to the Client.
3.3 No illegal activity, violence, abuse, or disrespectful conduct will be tolerated in the studio space. Rouge Effect reserves the right to terminate a session immediately without refund if this occurs.

4. Third Parties

4.1 If you are bringing a team (e.g., photographer, makeup artist, videographer, models), you are responsible for ensuring all parties comply with these terms.
4.2 The Client assumes all liability for the actions of any third parties they bring into the studio space.

5. Props, Equipment & Set Use

5.1 All props, backdrops, and sets must be handled with care. Improper use or damage will result in replacement or repair fees.
5.2 Do not rearrange or alter fixed sets or furniture without prior approval.
5.3 Please advise in advance if you require special equipment, lighting set-ups, or set changes.

6. Media & Content Use

6.1 Rouge Effect reserves the right to capture behind-the-scenes content during your session for promotional use (unless expressly declined in writing by the Client prior to the session).
6.2 All content created in the space remains the intellectual property of the Client and their hired creatives, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability & Indemnity

7.1 The Client uses the Rouge Effect studio space at their own risk.
7.2 Rouge Effect is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft incurred during studio use.
7.3 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rouge Effect and its staff from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings resulting from the Client’s use of the studio.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

8.1 All client data and information collected through booking forms or sessions is stored securely and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
8.2 Rouge Effect respects your creative privacy and offers full discretion where required.

9. Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
